Any member in good standing can rent the clubhouse for events. The cost is $125 for the pool/game room/main level with a separate $45 refundable deposit. During non pool season the cost is $75 for the main level/game room with a separate $45 refundable deposit. During non pool season the main level only can be rented for $50 with a separate $45 refundable deposit.

There is no charge to members for using the parks, pavilions, or teen center for private parties. These facilities are on a first come first serve basis. Private use of common areas/facilities may not interfere with planned Association activities. Please check with the office before planning your event.
